Eisenhower's Farewell Address where he warns of "a hostile idealogy, global in scope, atheistic in character, ruthless in purpose and insidious in method". He continues by saying "a prolonged and complex struggle, with liberty the stake". I do not believe he is talking about communism because he points out 2 things he thinks is wrong with America:

1. The Military Industrial Complex
2. The consequences of too much government funded research

Toward the end he warns of a "community of dreadful fear and hate". But it will be an entire world.

Roughly 3 months after Eisenhowers Farewell Address and 10 days to 2 weeks after the Bay of Pigs incident Pres Kennedy gave a speech at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City. In it he implies we are at war "technically" but not "officially". This speech may have been one thing that led to his assasination. On August 21, 1959 then Pres Eisenhower issued Executive Order 10834 which allowed yellow fringe around flags in American courtrooms. The meaning of this is debated. I believe it allows for military law. The defendant is at the mercy of the judge. I believe this indicates Eisenhower knew we were at war "technically". This state of war has existed ever since. The vast majority of Americans don't know this. An even larger number, including me, don't know who we are at war with.

I have never been totally convinced as to which side the Kennedys were on given my suspicions of the Catholic church. Sometimes I think if you were a good guy you wound up dead, this would include John Lennon. Sometimes I think there were victorys on both sides. I have never been convinced of the authenticity of this speech. 'The Theory and Practice of Oligarchical Collectivism' is a fictional book about the political system we live under that no one knows about. I believe that includes Pres Kennedy and Eisenhower. Neither knew it existed until they got there.

The English System of Finance
and The Divide and Conquer Theory

It is mathematically impossible for the United Sates Federal government to ever get out of debt. Or any other country with a central bank, which is every country on earth. The really absurd thing is the people collecting the debt don't deserve anything. They didn't put up a penny of collateral. 'The Zeitgeist Movie' cites a Minnesota case where a man stopped the bank from foreclosing on his house by proving the bank created the money out of thin air.

Our world today has become very small due to communication technology, travel technology and technology in general. This connectivity allows the world to be dominated by a very small number of people. Exactly who those people are isn't really known. They like it that way. They are hidden behind the institutions they own and use to control us. The English System of Finance, or more commonly known as the central banking system, is the tool that put them there. It was invented in the late 1600's and first implemented with the founding of The Bank of England in 1694. The movies here explain a little further.

The system was invented as a response to the reign of Oliver Cromwell in England in the mid 1600's. Oliver Cromwell led one of the first successful rebelians by peasants in the beginning of the renassaince. He toppled the English monarchy in 1650. His revolution was reversed after his death a few years later.

The idea behind it is that the people who own and run it control a nations currency to keep power. They have unlimited access to cash to wage wars and can wreak economic havoc when needed. It gives them control of the political process and media in any given nation. These things give them power to pit the peasants against each other whenever they want by creating identities. I call it the divide and conquer theory of making money and holding power.

The identities can be anything from facism and Christianity to dictatorship and Islam. Whatever they want. They continually agitate the people to always be prepared for a war in case things aren't going thier way. This is accomplished with economic conditions as well. The New World Order simplifies all this by eliminating national identities and such. But it does not benefit the peasants. It makes things easier for the people at the top. It's a community of dreadful fear and hate for everyone else. Forever. The absolute surveillence ensures it.

I believe there is no such thing as political idealogy. It is something that has developed since the beginning of the banking system. Anyone would be hard pressed to find evidence of it prior to the banks. There are only two groups of people, thems with and thems without. This includes thems with power and thems without. But there are only two groups. It's the class struggle.

Before the banking system wars were paid for by giving property to the people who fought. Usually the property of the tyrants. This is another way the system has screwed things up. Today, the oppressed believe they must go to a bank to fund thier war. The system as a whole is a system of slavery. Economic slavery. In conventional slavery the slave owner is responsible for the food and housing of their slaves. In economic slavery the slave is responsible for these things. The world and all it's slaves can never get out of debt to these people. The movies above explain that. The system is also doomed to fail eventually for the same reason. People who slaves have trouble adjusting to other ways. The implant system is the replacement.

The Never Ending Debt

All the world is a bank. The Federal Reserve Bank is the central bank of the United States. It is an independent privately owned bank. It is not an entity of the federal government. The word "federal" is decieving. When the government needs money, by law it must go to the Federal Reserve. If the government borrows $100 billion it automatically owes a little more in interest to the Federal Reserve, which it must go to. No matter what the government does it can never pay off it's debt. It's the government. Every country on Earth has a central bank. So the worlds' debt can never be payed off. The only people with the real game are the bankers. Reducing the number of people or keeping population growth to a minimun is essential for the system to work. To build hospitals, roads, etc, etc money has to be borrowed. As debt is racked up the value of the currency goes down. The worlds first central bank was begun in 1694. The Bank of England. A good movie to help understand is "Zeigeist II Addendum".

Another problem with the economy is the mutual fund industry. These funds hold large amounts of stock sold on stock exchanges. This industry further concentrates the power. The more the power is concentrated the less it acts like a market. The number of companies offering mutual funds is around 10,000. Each has less than 100 funds. This makes the number of people who could control the market very small. In 2008 there were commercials on TV for NYSE Euronext. In these commercials they would say "one marketplace, infinite possibilities". It should have gone "one monopoly, no possibility". Most Americans retirement is in these funds. I beleive the stage is set for a global "controlled" collapse of the economy. In 2008 NYSE Euronext was in the process of moving to Dubai.

An example of a fund is an index fund. The idea is to buy every stock on a particular index. If the whole index goes up the fund goes up. The S & P 500 is an index. Over long periods of time it has always increased. But if there isn't enough stock openly traded among individuals the idea stops working. I believe this is the case now.

Slavery and the Division
and Specialization of Labor

Anthropologists believe man started out as hunter gatherers. Some members of the society would hunt and others would forage for berries, nuts and whatever they could find. At some point man began planting crops. This eliminated the need for gathering. Western Civilization as we know it began between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers in what today is Iraq. One of the things that made them successful was the invention of irrigation. Irrigation freed up some people to do other things. This is an example of the division and specialization of labor. It also produced too much grain, or whatever was grown. The excess could be stored and was the property of the landowner and could be disposed of any way they wanted. One way was to trade it to other societies for goods other than grain. This trading made the land owner, usually someone born into the position, wealthy and powerful. Power and wealth can be very intoxicating. People born into wealth and privilage can be arrogant and feel they are above others. A way to gain more wealth and power is to enslave the people at the bottom. This continues the process of division and specialization. Slavery is a problem. Capitalism is the pinnacle of systems of slavery.

As Western Civilization progressed populations increased. As it did the people at the bottom wanted a more fair and equitable system. It began around the time of the renaissance. Thomas More's book 'Utopia' was a vision of the future as hoped for by the masses. Unfortunately the kings of the day had an answer, the money as debt - debt as money, banking system. It is capitalism's foundation.

Todays capitalism consists of at least four things. 1. The money as debt - debt as money banking system. 2. The patent office. 3. The commercial laws. 4. The stock market. The banking system is doomed to fail sooner or later. But it will only fail when the people who own see fit to do so. It cannot be collapsed by the people at the bottom. Violent revolution is the only way the people at the bottom can change things. The system started out with too much wealth property and power in the hands of too few, and it remains that way. The case could be made that this is all a result of natural dynamics of human society. But it can't go on and the people who own know that. Somethings gotta give. I think it should be them.

Religion is a force used by these people to gain and consolidate power. Slaves are easier to control and manipulate if they are all alike in as many ways as possible. I tend to go off on the Catholic Church alot but it is the 800lb gorilla on the planet right now and it is only getting worse. I personally am indifferent to religion. I don't care one way or the other. I wouldn't make any choices if I weren't forced to. I am doing some research into into the Imperial houses of Europe and thier relationship to religion. Two of them are: Henry VIII and Cardinal Woolsey and Loius XIII and Cardinal Richelieu.

The Money Masters

Thomas Paine, who wrote the pamphlet 'Common Sense', came to America just before the revolution. Common Sense was read in pubs and churches before the war and was instrumental in getting the war started. In it he criticizes the English form of government. He points out that any government with 3 houses (not to be confused with 3 branches) can be easily controlled if anyone controls two. The English government can always be controlled with the House of Lords and the Monarchy. The House of Commons is powerless and only gives the illusion of freedom. The people who fought the revolution fully expected to go back to their lives and governments as they were when the war was over. The Federal government was an afterthought. The justification for it was made years later by the Federalist Papers. How quickly people forget. All anyone needs is a handful of senators and the president and they control the government. We only have the illusion of freedom.

Neural Implants

A neural implant is a device developed by the US government through the CIA's MK-Ultra program. It is used as a means of control, harassment, surviellence and communication. There is a Center for Neural Communication Technology at the U of Michigan. It is used in conjunction with synthetic telepathy.

Synthetic telepathy is the ability to sense electronically the electrical impulses of the human brain. It is similar to the technology used in cell phones. Only the signals that are produced by the brain are different. Once they are extracted they can be recieved by someone who has an implant. Anyone with an implant can be aware of your every thought. There are millions of people worldwide with implants. It's almost perfect surviellence.

The implants are surgically implanted in someones brain. They are powered by the tiny voltages produced by the brain.

When it is used as control the person is a victim. He or she may have commited a crime. They are duped into accepting an implant by being told it is a RFID chip. Once the victim has an implant they are a slave. They are used to get others involved. This is why not running is important. Running makes you vunerable. Some threat goes along with the implant that makes the person shutup and co-operate. Anybody can be a victim. This includes police officers and judges. Do not accept an implant. Many times evidence was gathered with synthetic telepathy and is illegal. Always fight.

If you're near anyone with an implant, they can be aware of your every thought. I don't know if it's automatic or if it's switched in. You don't have to have one. This can include FBI CIA or local police. There's no lying to them. Suspect anyone and everyone. If you start to be followed perfect strangers may start to do things to you. They probably have an implant and are trying to stay alive. This is another reason you must never accept an implant. If you do you make the problem worse.

Don't hesitate to tell you're friends and neighbors. Keeping this a secret, or trying to, plays into thier hands. There are no secrets. Until the internet the average person had no voice, but there's no telling how long this will last. One of the first things Obama did when he took office is sign an internet security act. (better described as an internet control act) The contract went to a company in Boston called RSA. But in Obamas' defense he may also be experiencing this problem.

Neural Implants

Some form of this technology could have existed as far back as the 60's. A Cochlear Implant is a surgically implanted device for some deaf people that has existed since the 60's. It's basically a miniature microphone. A radio reciever could be substituted for the microphone and the device could be completely hidden.

Synthetic telepathy, sometimes called brainmapping or neural networks, is not that difficult to understand. In a cell phone system the actual hand held phone is an electrical device that works on electricity. It gives off an electrical signal that is picked up by some centrally located equipment in the general vicinity where it is being used. It is not exactly like a walkie talkie. A walkie talkie gives off electrical signals but has a very limited range. At most 50 miles. For a cell phone to connect two people say from New York and Illinois it must communicate through some central equipment. When designing a cell phone system engineers had to design both ends. The phone and the central station. The human brain operates on electrical energy. Mankind has known this since the latter part of the 19th century. The EEG or electro-encephalogram was patented in the early 20th century. It is used by doctors to measure brain activity. You are in fact a walking mobile electrical device. Engineers need only design the central equipment. In fact it could be easily added to any cell phone system.

Tam O'Shanter and Human Radios

Tam O'Shanter is a poem by Scottish poet Robert Burns. It was written in the 1700's. It is about the murder of someone who came to know something that is a threat to someone else. Usually someone in power. It is also an expose of how the powerful eliminate people. Mark Twains novel "Tom Sawyer" is loosely based on this poem. The main character Tom is witness to a murder and is in fear for his life. Michael Jacksons "Thriller" video is also based on this.

Today's Tam O'Shanter has a high tech twist. There are millions of people in this country, and probably other countries, that have a neural implant. It makes the other person capable of picking up another persons thoughts. The other person doesn't have to have an implant. As a living breathing life form we all give off electromagnetic signals 24 hrs a day. If you become a target your thoughts are switched into these people and it drives them crazy. They want to get rid of you. Make you run. Running doesn't help. These peolple are everywhere. Wherever you go you will run into them. It you have this problem stay where you are known. When you run you make yourself vunerable.

Fabian Society

The Fabian Society is a British socialist movement, whose purpose is to advance the principles of democratic socialism via gradualist and reformist, rather than revolutionary, means. It was named, at the suggestion of Frank Podmore, in honour of the Roman general Fabius Maximus (nicknamed "Cunctator", meaning "the Delayer"). His Fabian strategy advocated tactics of harassment and attrition rather than head-on battles against the Carthaginian army under the renowned general Hannibal.

The New World Order

'The New World Order' may not actually exist. It is possible it is designed to keep our 'elected officials' busy while the central banking system conquers the world with bankruptcy and fiat currency.

The Theory and Practice of Oligarchical Collectivism is a fictional book in George Orwells's novel '1984'. But this is the political system we live under. There is no Democrat or Republican, no protestant or catholic, these are identities provided to the populace in order to divide us and get us to fight among ourselves. It's the world stage.

George Orwell believed war was designed to maintain a heirarchal society. It wastes resources and labor, making the weapons. It kills a lot of people at the bottom. It destroys a lot of buildings, bridges etc that must be rebuilt. This wastes time money labor. It creates a lot of refugees who will spend years rebuilding thier lives. The people at the bottom lose property. If a society (culture or country) stagnates the poor might acquire and accumulate wealth and property. This creates financial freedom for millions. Financial freedom could lead to political and intellectual freedom. This is a threat to the people at the top. No one gets to be at the top unless they agree on how things are run. India is a very old culture. It has a similar way of maintaining it's class structure. It is called 'the caste system'. You are born into a caste and never get out. Many people believe western culture is based on India. There was a book published in the late 1800's (I don't know the title) that caused quite a stir. It made the case that Jesus spent much of his youth in India.

I have been watching a version of '1984' by George Orwell. It has John Hurt and Richard Burton in it. At about 1 hr and 5 min Winston is given a copy of the new Newspeak dictionary. The pages come apart and inside is this book 'The Theory And Practice Of Oligarchical Collectivism by Emmanuel Goldstein'. He later reads this passage:
'In accordance with principles it does not matter if the war is real or whether victory is not possible. The war is not meant to be won. It is meant to be continuous. The essential act of modern warfare is the destruction of human production and labor. A hierarchial society is only possible on the basis of poverty and ignorance. In principle the war is planned to keep society on the brink of starvation. The war is waged by the ruling group against it's own subjects and it's object is not victory but to keep the very structure of society intact.'
The last half hour or so has Winston being tortured by the same person who gave him the book. They eventually get to Rm 101 where Winston gives in. He now says he believes in the resistance and the war. He commits no more thought crimes.

I made the post below on Jan 27 on my blog. As it say's at the top of that page 'I insinuate you investigate'. I have Winston of Orwells '1984' at work in my life so this is as far as I can get. The insinuation here is that the catholic church was responsible for the King James Bible. You must investigate the background of the various regents and others who raised James VI.

Mary Queen of Scots was born a catholic. She died a catholic. She was the mother of King James VI of Scotland, who would be King James I of England at the death of Elizabeth I. He was the first of The House of Stuart. Elizabeth I was the last of the House of Tudor. He was taken from his mother at 13 months and never saw her again. He was raised a protestant. He was made King James VI of Scotland at 13 months so he was too young to rule. When this happens a regent is appointed who exercises power until the king is old enough to assume power. James VI had at least 4 regents who died mysteriously. As soon as he assumed the throne of England he commissioned the King James Version of the bible. Does this seem deliberately provocative? The church whether catholic or protestant has been side by side with every king, queen or president through the centuries as we have gotton to where we are. They cannot be exonerated.

All the worlds a stage. The Elizabethan Age took place during the reign of Elizabeth I of England. She was the last of the Tudors. She is sometimes called "The Virgin Queen'. She died childless. William Shakespear wrote during her reign. His plays were performed by Lord Chamberlains Men at The Globe Theatre. Many people believe Shakespear never really existed. Does this all seem scripted? How far does the need for power go? What do you call collective insanity? What happens when you can't pin it on a single person? I knew a kleptomaniac once. Whenever she was around and things started dissapearing the staff would check her pockets. She was elderly and incurable. Some people are beyond rehabilitation.

A Guess About Scientology

Scientology is an organization of people with neural implants doing what they can to fight back. They call it a religion, but in fact they condemn belief and all religions. Possibly because a well established religion is behind their having an implant. They made 'their religion' as kooky and nutty as possible to show that people will believe anything. People with implant's can't talk about it and often do things against their will. They need someone to speak for them. This is what has been happening to me.

A better term for Western Civilization would be the 'vulture culture'. The rich and powerful of the vulture culture do whatever they want with the poor and powerless. They have for centuries. This includes half-poisoning people with some concoction and chasing them out of their homes. This was documented by 18th century Scottish poet Robert Burns in his work 'To a Mouse'. When you are half poisoned you have brain damage and are no longer able to function socially. You are considered 'blue' or a 'jew'. This practice has not stopped to this day. Today's term for these people is 'rolling stone'.

It's not just that the rich hate the poor, there is a method in their madness. In Karl Marx's book 'The Communist Manifesto' (I know, I know, the dreaded 'C' word, but hang on) he points out how capitalism, by it's very nature, is always expanding the unskilled labor force. He calls it the proletariat. The central banking system is a bottomless bank account to fund any invention that increases profit. It's a never ending cycle that results in an ever expanding proletariat. The rich used wars and other disasters to control the problem. They have run out of excuses to make war so the implant system is a replacement. DON'T ACCEPT AN IMPLANT I am not a communist. I believe it was invented by the same people who invented capitalism. I believe there is no such thing as political ideology. The democrats and republicans are the political equivalent of the catholics and protestants.

I do not know who is behind the activities that result in people getting an implant. Sometimes I wonder if it is Scientology itself. In the movie '2001: A Space Odyssey', a presence came to earth and gave man tools. He quickly learned to use them to his advantage to survive. This included killing his fellow man. Millions of years later the presence returns. Mans tools learn to kill. Kill man, returning him to ape. It would be just like the rich not to get their hands dirty. In the movie 'Catch-22' the squadron gets medals for dropping their bombs in the harbor. They are doing it against their will. I am someone who believes that there is always a reasonable explanation. Anything that has to do with aliens from outer space is not a reasonable explanation. They may demonstrate 'synthetic telepathy' or who knows what else to make you think they are aliens, but they are not.

Waterboarding? Why? Synthetic Telepathy! Total Surveillence!

In the Lenny Bruce skit below (see 5:30PM) Psychopathia Sexualis he mentions volunteering for a satelite rocket. This was done in the 1960's. He died in 1966. This UFO, Alien theme is repeated over and over in movies, music and other entertainment. Area 51 in the Nevada desert is famous for alien conspiracy theory's. I think it is a death/concentration camp. A couple years ago I wanted to get out of the house and get something to eat. I walked to the Stop & Shop on Grove St in Braintree. It started to rain so I walked up and down the mall while waiting for it to stop. At one point a man dressed from head to foot in bright green spandex ran by me. He was totally covered, face and all. But he was no little green man, he was more like 6ft tall. I suspect he was a Braintree PigLice (I mean Police officer). Officer, officer I want to report a crime! You're a f^%@#in Pig. Anyway. During the 1970's and 80's South American countries began being taken over by totalitarian regimes. Chile, Argentina. It was known that the military would pick up whoever they wanted in a helicopter, fly as far out to sea as possible and drop the person and fly back. The Mothers of the Disappeared. Of course this could never happen in the United States.

In order to fight totalitarianism one need understand only one thing, totalitarianism is the most radical breakdown of the whole structure of morality. The commands and prohibitions that translate the fundamental idea of freedom and justice into social relationships and institutions. The Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (WHINSEC)- formerly named School of the Americas, is a United States Department of Defense Institute located at Fort Benning near Columbus, Georgia in the United States. Authorized by US Congress through 10 USC 2166 in 2001, WHINSEC "Provides professional education and training to eligible personnel of nations of the Western Hemisphere within the context of the democratic principles set forth in the Charter of the Organization of American States (such charter being a treaty to which the United States is a party), while fostering mutual knowledge, transparency, confidence, and cooperation among the participating nations and promoting democratic values, respect for human rights, and knowledge and understanding of United States customs and traditions. Throughout the decade since its establishment, WHINSEC has provided training for more than 13,000 US and International students. Its educational format incorporates guest lecturers and subject matter experts from sectors of US and International government, non-government, human rights, law enforcement, academic institutions and interagency departments to share best practices in pursuit of improved security cooperation between all nations of the Western Hemisphere.

OSCE

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is the world's largest security-oriented intergovernmental organization. Its mandate includes issues such as arms control and the promotion of human rights, freedom of the press and fair elections. It has 550 headquarters staff and about 2300 field staff. The OSCE is an ad hoc organization under the United Nations Charter (Chap. VIII), and is concerned with early warning, conflict prevention, crisis management and post-conflict rehabilitation. Its 56 participating states are located in Europe, the former Soviet Union and North America and cover most of the northern hemisphere. It was created during the Cold War era as an East-West forum.
