He continues by saying "a long and complex struggle, with liberty the stake". I do not believe he is talking about communism because in part 2 he points out 2 things he thinks is wrong with America:

The Catholic church is the smallest sovereign nation in the world. It’s only a couple city blocks. But it is one of the largest in population. Over a billion. It is a global nation without borders. The vast, vast ,vast majority of Catholics are good kind hearted people who lead a good life and care about others. But like any organization it has its bad apples. And as is often the case I believe this organization is run by the bad apples. And they understand the power of their numbers. Aside from these people they must do what the Pope says first above all. He is their first master. Not the voter. When voting this November you shouldn’t look for the D or R but rather the C.
I don't know if neural networks have anything to do with brainmapping or synthetic telepathy but alot of things have happened to me with youtube.com and google. Google owns youtube.com. Several months ago I was sitting at my computer and for some reason I started thinking about airplanes. Just then a google ad popped up that was a picture of a line of airplanes. Countless times I have signed into youtube.com and in the "Recommendations for You" section their were videos about things I was thinking about that day.
The patent office files and catagorizes its patents by what it calls class. There are main classes and sub-classes inside those. There is an entire class for Data Processing-Artificial Intelligence. Below is a list of classes that might have some documentation.

The Never Ending Debt
All the world is a bank. The Federal Reserve Bank is the central bank of the United States. It is an independent privately owned bank. It is not an entity of the federal government. The word "federal" is decieving. When the government needs money, by law it must go to the Federal Reserve. If the government borrows $100 billion it automatically owes a little more in interest to the Federal Reserve, which it must go to. No matter what the government does it can never pay off it's debt. It's the government. Every country on Earth has a central bank. So the worlds' debt can never be payed off. The only people with the real game are the bankers. Reducing the number of people or keeping population growth to a minimun is essential for the system to work. To build hospitals, roads, etc, etc money has to be borrowed. As debt is racked up the value of the currency goes down. The worlds first central bank was begun in 1694. The Bank of England. A good movie to help understand is "Zeigeist II Addendum".
Another problem with the economy is the mutual fund industry. These funds hold large amounts of stock sold on stock exchanges. This industry further concentrates the power. The more the power is concentrated the less it acts like a market. The number of companies offering mutual funds is around 10,000. Each has less than 100 funds. This makes the number of people who could control the market very small. In 2008 there were commercials on TV for NYSE Euronext. In these commercials they would say "one marketplace, infinite possibilities". It should have gone "one monopoly, no possibility". Most Americans retirement is in these funds. I beleive the stage is set for a global "controlled" collapse of the economy. In 2008 NYSE Euronext was in the process of moving to Dubai.
An example of a fund is an index fund. The idea is to buy every stock on a particular index. If the whole index goes up the fund goes up. The S & P 500 is an index. Over long periods of time it has always increased. But if there isn't enough stock openly traded among individuals the idea stops working. I believe this is the case now.

To Whom it May Concern,
In late 2007 I found a study on the internet that states "Risperdal Irreversibly Binds to and Inhibits the H5HT Serotonin Receptor". Risperdal is a psychiatric drug used to treat schizophrenia. I also found newspaper articles stating the federal government had approved the drug for the treatment of bi-polar in children and that that diagnosis has exploded in recent years. My attempts to bring this to their attention have not just been ignored but they have become extremely hostile towards me.
I had seen Psychiatrists for many years and took this drug. It has completely ruined my life. I went through a series of hospitalizations from 2004 to 2007. I ran into 4 people in 3 hospitals that had a very distant gaze in their eyes. Including a girl 10or 11 yrs old that was on an adult ward despite there being a childrens ward in the building.

Titicut Folies
Titicut Folies is a documentary made in 1966. It chronicles life in Bridgewater State Hospital in Massachusetts. Bridgewater is a correctional facility for the criminally insane. You must commit a crime to be sent there. This film was banned in Massachusetts for many years.
I believe Timothy Leary was trying to stop the crazy research that Eisenhower warned about. The kids today are told "math and science, math and science". It has led to things like synthetic telepathy, neural networks (or whatever its called) neural implants and who knows what else. We are slowly building a global high tech fascist police state for ourselves.
